Information you provide directly
When you use our contact form, inquiry form, or order form, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, address, project information, messages, and files you upload. Payment information is collected directly by Stripe — not stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, date and time of visit, and approximate location based on IP.
Acceptance records
When you accept our Terms of Use or Service Agreement through the Site, we record the version accepted, date and time of acceptance, your email address, and your IP address. This record is maintained for contract administration and legal compliance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide services, process payments, create and send agreements and invoices, maintain acceptance records, operate and improve the Site, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information or send unrelated promotional communications without your consent.

We do not use third-party behavioral advertising networks or cross-site tracking services on this Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers as listed above, for legal compliance when required, in connection with a business transfer (with notice), or with your prior written consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses only essential cookies necessary for the Site to operate. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or cross-site tracking. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain contract records (including signed agreements and acceptance records) for a minimum of 7 years. Server logs and technical data are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute. Client project files are retained for a reasonable period after project completion.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, firewall controls, access restrictions, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. No security measure is perfect. We will notify affected parties of confirmed security incidents as required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to receive a portable copy. North Carolina residents may have additional rights under state law. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
