Where do local campaigns lose voters, volunteers, and donors?

Campaigns lose people when information is hard to find. A first campaign often starts with a social media page, a flyer, and a donation link. Each sits in a different place, and none tells the whole story. Six problems are worth fixing first.

Scattered flyers

Your information is scattered

Your biography, platform, and donation link live in three different places.

One website

One website holds it all

Your biography, issues, and social links in one place. Every flyer and post points to it.

Nothing found

Searching your name turns up nothing official

Voters will view the media's perspective about you without any place to share your side.

Found online

Search Results show your official site.

You make the narrative official by having it on your official campaign website.

No sign-up

No way to volunteer

You miss volunteers who are interested, and you have to seek them out yourself.

Sign-up form

A volunteer sign-up form

Supporters who want to help simply fill out a form. Ease of access for potential volunteers is important.

Checks and cash

Donations by check or cash only

Collecting donations in person limits your reach.

Online donations

Donations on your website

Ask a wider audience for donations with your campaign site.

No press info

No official information for the press

Reporters have no place to find official information about your campaign.

Press-ready

Press sees your issues directly

Your issues are on the page, and reporters can reach you through a contact form.

No time

There is no time to build a website

Events, calls, and filings leave no spare hours.

10–14 days

We build it for you

Send your materials. We build in 10–14 business days, then you get a 14-day review.

What does the campaign package include?

Regular price $3,600$1,000

$500 upfront. One organized site for every voter, volunteer, donor, and reporter. Larger or more complex sites receive a custom quote.

Your website pays for itself.

Donations, volunteer help, merchandise sales, and press access all start at your website. Not having easy access to them costs your campaign far more than $1,000.

How much does a campaign website cost?

Our standard campaign website is $1,000, with $500 upfront. The regular price is $3,600. Copywriting, logo design, donation account setup, and additional features are quoted separately. Larger or more complex campaign websites receive a custom quote.

What does the website include?

Your candidate biography, issues or platform, get involved section, press contact information, inquiry form, official voter information links, social links, and basic SEO. We’ll arrange these into pages or sections that suit your campaign.

What do I need to provide?

Your campaign text, photos, domain, and existing branding. If you need help turning notes into website copy or creating a logo, we can quote that work separately. You’ll review the wording to make sure it accurately represents you.

Can people donate through my website?

Yes. Connecting an existing, approved donation account through a supported link or simple integration is included. Help choosing a provider, setting up your account, or building a custom integration costs extra. Any processing fees are determined by your provider.

How quickly can my website be ready?

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after we receive your deposit and complete materials. Five-business-day rush service is available for an additional $250, subject to availability and prompt feedback.

Will I get to review the website?

Yes. You’ll have a 14-day review window after we deliver your website for review. During that time, we’ll address adjustments within the agreed scope. New features or substantial changes to the original scope may require an additional quote.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is included through the end of your election month, up to a maximum of 12 months after launch. Continued hosting is available for $15 per month. You provide your domain and remain responsible for its renewal.

Can you update my website after launch?

Our optional $50 monthly care plan includes two simple content-update requests each month. These can include text changes or adding and replacing photos within the existing layout. Layout changes, new pages, and new features are quoted separately.

Can I add a campaign merchandise store?

Yes. Setup costs $200 for three products or $250 for five products, plus $50 for each additional product. A third-party supplier handles checkout, production, and shipping.

The standard option does not provide sales proceeds to your campaign. An optional integration costs an additional $150 and lets your campaign receive sales proceeds after costs and fees. With that option, your campaign needs funds available to cover fulfillment charges before customer payments arrive.

Which campaigns do you work with?

We serve candidates in North Carolina and Virginia across all parties and nonpartisan races, including city council, school board, county commissioner or supervisor, and state House and Senate campaigns.
